We’d like to provide you with answers to the most common questions we hear from our customers. We hope to clear up any confusion below, but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
Yes! Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp to make a reservation, whether it’s for a horseback riding trail, a pony ride, or another service. It’s important to make sure we have the horses and guides ready for you so you don’t make the trip for nothing in case you visit during a busy time or when we have a larger group.
Absolutely! If you're a beginner, you'll be accompanied by a staff member from the center who will hold the horse's halter at all times, so you'll be completely safe.
Unfortunately, no. The lessons and walks take place only outdoors, so we're at the mercy of the weather. It's fine if it's cloudy or cold, but if it rains or is very windy, the class is canceled.
Pony rides are suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 7. If the child is very young, it is important for a parent to accompany them on the ride and stay right next to the child to provide extra confidence and safety.
When horseback riding, you must wear long, comfortable pants and closed-toe shoes (e.g., sneakers, boots), regardless of the weather. If the weather is warm, we recommend sunscreen and mosquito repellent, and if you’re visiting during the colder months, please bring a thin hat that you can wear under your riding helmet, lighter gloves to help control the reins, and boots that aren’t too wide, to avoid them getting stuck in the stirrups in case of an unexpected event. In addition, another mandatory piece of equipment is the hat, which we’ll provide if you don’t have one.
Horseback riding trails last at least one hour and can last up to 3–4 hours. Depending on the rider’s skill level, we adjust the length of the trail to stay within the allotted time.
Of course, you can pay either in cash or by credit card.
Horseback riding lessons are available for children ages 7 and up. As a general rule, it’s a good idea to schedule a visit to the center so we can discuss in detail what you and your child expect, and then schedule an initial riding session to see if your child is ready.
Accommodations are available in 8 cozy cabins, each with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, suitable for both couples and families with children.
